Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") was published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016, and has included many concepts and obligations that were not previously included in practice.

In the case of businesses that are not included in the above and explicitly listed data controllers, there is an obligation to clarify and prepare a clear consent text within the framework of data processing activities, and this obligation for the relevant data controllers continues without any delay and delay.
